CENTAURI IVD – Platform Solution for pipette tips production
At the full expansion stage, CENTAURI IVD is an end-to-end solution: everything works fully automatically, from the opening of the injection molding tool to the stacked blister pack with pipette tips. To ensure product quality, a variety of tests are integrated. For example, test stations within a module verify the integrity of Pipette Tips by confirming the correct seating of inserted Filters. A buffer reservoir separates the injection molding process from the subsequent assembly, so that the injection molding machine can continue to produce even if an employee has forgotten to replenish filters during assembly. Due to its modular structure, the CENTAURI IVD platform can be uniquely configured to meet customer requirements.
