Your tasks

• Support of the defined international distributors
• Approach of all products of BU-Micro
• Regular contacts with the key personnel at the distributors
• Introduction of new / future battery systems in the distribution market
• Development of distribution strategies and their implementation on the market
• Coordination with other departments on overarching issues / actions e.g. development, production, logistics, customer service, quality, etc.
• Participation in trade fairs / congresses / distribution events
• Tracking of incoming orders & „Book to Bill“ rate
• Sales and PC responsibility for the assigned distributors
• Monthly target/actual control on the basis of the budget
• Identification of deviations and initiation of remedial/corrective actions
• Identification and evaluation of development trends in distribution and competition
• Flexibility to travel

What you bring

• Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s/Dipl.-Ing. degree in the field of distribution or comparable qualification
• Experience in international distribution of electronic components for B2B
• High customer orientation as well as conflict resolution skills and assertiveness
• Communicative personality as well as enjoyment of working in a team
• Analytical and interdepartmental thinking and acting
• Good MS Office skills
• Good knowledge of German and English
